Role overview
This Product Manager position sits within LoopMe’s agency-focused product team in Dnipro. The role involves full ownership of the roadmap and project execution for several core platforms: the LoopMe Demand-Side Platform (DSP), Data Management Platform (DMP), and the Audience and Measurement platform.
Close collaboration with engineering and internal stakeholders is central to the job. The Product Manager translates business needs into technical requirements, manages the backlog, and ensures the delivery of features that support agencies in planning, executing, and measuring campaigns using LoopMe’s suite.
What you will do
- Lead project roadmaps and oversee the delivery cycle for multiple products, focusing on areas like inventory management, forecasting, API integrations, task automation, and database management.
- Manage the Jira backlog: draft actionable tickets, prioritize tasks, work with engineering, and track delivery timelines.
- Partner with software engineers on technical design, troubleshoot production issues, and support smooth delivery.
- Bridge communication between engineering teams and other internal groups, ensuring technical and non-technical perspectives are aligned.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate ideas before development.
- Use large language models for analysis, KPI tracking, product documentation, and performance assessment across agency-focused products.
- Maintain clear, current documentation for LoopMe’s products, supporting both internal and external users.
- Define and monitor KPIs for your products, reporting performance to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in ad tech, with a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, inventory management, and brand lift measurement.
- Background in product management, especially delivering technical solutions from concept to launch.
- Experience managing Jira backlogs, writing tickets, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Technical skills to read logs, troubleshoot issues, and understand APIs and data flows.
- Practical use of generative AI for efficiency, automation, and issue resolution.
- Analytical approach with the ability to use data-driven insights for prioritization and decisions.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
