Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle related to Hookmusic’s creation and consumption functionalities. This pivotal role is ideal for a versatile individual who excels in fast-paced startup environments and can navigate a broad range of responsibilities—from creator tools to social discovery, growth loops, and AI-enhanced features.
You will be responsible for strategic roadmap planning and prioritization across essential product segments. Collaborating effectively with engineering, AI, design, marketing, content, operations, and leadership teams, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable execution plans. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, analytically minded, profoundly user-focused, and capable of swiftly moving from concept to launched product.
This position demands strong product intuition, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in utilizing AI tools and workflows to enhance clarity, efficiency, and decision-making throughout the product development process.
What You’ll Do
Lead and advance the product roadmap for key areas within the Hookmusic app
Convert company objectives and user insights into clear strategic priorities and execution plans
Clearly define product requirements, minimizing ambiguity for the engineering team
Collaborate across teams, including engineering, design, marketing, content, growth, and partnerships
Rapidly ship products, measure impacts, and iterate based on data and user feedback
Design and analyze experiments aimed at enhancing activation, engagement, retention, and content creation
Fortify product loops that connect creators, fans, and content
Incorporate AI into user-facing features and internal product workflows
Facilitate alignment and communication across teams to ensure cohesive product development
