In this role, you will take full ownership of a product vertical, collaborating with our engineering team and banking clients to transform intricate lending workflows into streamlined, AI-driven experiences. Your decisions will directly influence our product development and direction.

Your Responsibilities
Strategize Product Development: Define the product roadmap by making critical prioritization decisions based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Engage with Clients: Spend time with banking customers to comprehend their workflows, identify pain points, and navigate regulatory environments, ensuring our products provide real solutions.
Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with the engineering team to balance speed, quality, and scope while gaining insights into technical complexities.
Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee all stages including requirements gathering, development, quality assurance, rollout, and iteration, with a focus on measuring success and addressing shortcomings.
Adapt Quickly: Handle multiple priorities, make informed decisions with limited information, and pivot as necessary based on new insights.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management within fast-paced, technology-centric environments, with a preference for candidates with startup experience.
Proven track record of successfully launching customer-centric products that resonate with users.
Strong analytical capabilities, utilizing data to inform decisions rather than retroactively justify them.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Familiarity with AI/ML products, financial services, or enterprise software is a plus.
