Your Role

  • Develop Cutting-Edge AI Agents: In your position as an Agent Product Manager at Sierra, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team and clients to design and deploy AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions daily.

  • Customer Engagement: You will actively connect with various stakeholders within our client organizations:

    • Identify and evaluate their specific needs and requirements.

    • Prepare and deliver impactful demonstrations of Sierra’s AI agents.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to navigate and resolve business process challenges.

    • Continuously refine Sierra’s virtual agents to align with evolving client needs and operational workflows.

    • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, steering strategic technical initiatives for our clients.

  • Influence Product Roadmap: Partner with Sierra’s engineering and product teams to outline and launch new features critical to enhancing client success.

Your Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product development, particularly with complex technical products.

  • Proficient understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to drive projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
