Tech Operations at Advocate
The Tech Ops team at Advocate is the backbone of our organization. We bridge the gap between technology, marketing, and operations, ensuring these functions are seamlessly aligned as we grow. Unlike a traditional IT support desk, we are hands-on builders, working alongside our internal users who directly support our claimants. Our mission encompasses two main objectives:
1. Immediate Agility: We maintain operational continuity and system functionality. When obstacles arise in production, we are there to resolve them, ensuring our team can assist claimants without disruption.
2. Sustainable Scalability: We don’t merely address issues; we analyze trends. By identifying recurring operational challenges, we develop scalable tech solutions that permanently eliminate these hurdles.
