Role Overview
 
As a Product Engagement Manager, you'll spearhead the comprehensive delivery and commercial success of Mindtickle solutions, skillfully blending our products and services to align with client objectives. Collaborating closely with the Client Partner, you'll share responsibility for account success with a primary focus on delivery, solution-oriented strategies, value realization, and business growth. You will liaise effectively with various internal teams, including Professional Services, Tech Support, and Field Engineering, to ensure flawless implementation, user adoption, and continuous support. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background coupled with business insight, ideally with experience in SaaS, tech consulting, or IT service delivery.
