As a Product Designer, you will become an integral part of our close-knit, collaborative design team, dedicated to crafting cohesive and user-friendly product experiences. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining and developing foundational patterns and experiences that ensure seamless integration across various health programs throughout the member lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create intuitive, user-centered solutions from concept to execution. This includes conducting user research, designing interactions and UI, and developing prototypes that enhance our member experience while aligning with our core business objectives.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Design an intuitive experience that allows members to address multiple conditions simultaneously, enabling easy adjustments to their programs and providing clear visibility into their progress.

  • Simplify complex workflows: Orchestrate interconnected onboarding, program management, and care experiences, ensuring members feel supported and confident throughout the process.

  • Facilitate a smooth transition for members migrating from legacy products to new platforms through thoughtful touchpoints and clear communication.

  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance the discoverability and integration of new programs within the existing platform, ensuring consistency and simplicity.

  • Design at scale: Contribute to our design system by developing scalable components and patterns that promote efficiency and consistency.

  • Champion quality and accessibility: Ensure every onboarding touchpoint is inclusive, accessible, and thoughtfully designed to meet diverse user needs.
