About the job
Join the Baba Team
Baba is innovating the landscape of healthcare for older adults, making it simpler and more accessible during a time when over 65 million individuals will be navigating complex healthcare needs.
As we approach 2030, the challenges in healthcare for older adults are becoming increasingly significant. Baba addresses these challenges by connecting older adults with dedicated advocates—often nurses or social workers—who streamline their care experience. Our insurance-covered advocates have empowered countless families by assisting with insurance appeals, sourcing specialists, procuring medical equipment, finding affordable medications, and managing appointments.
Invested in by notable firms such as General Catalyst, Genius Ventures, Soma Capital, and Ground Up Ventures, Baba boasts a talented team with over 50% being former founders from prestigious institutions like MIT, Carnegie Mellon, and leading tech companies including Stripe and Palantir.
