Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional projects that engage Engineering, Design, Product, Operations, and various business stakeholders. You will need to bring clarity to complexity, proactively identify and mitigate obstacles, and ensure that teams remain aligned and progress steadily.
This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, expertise in stakeholder management, and the flexibility to adjust plans as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee intricate technical and business projects from conception to completion.
Demonstrate recent experience in leading Agile Software Engineering initiatives, employing methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or others.
Develop project plans, timelines, and strategies for resource allocation.
Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and business teams.
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Organize project meetings, stakeholder updates, and agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage project dependencies and ensure that teams have the necessary resources to succeed.
Provide comprehensive reports on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership.
Drive ongoing process improvements and uphold operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
