About the Role
We are committed to enhancing access to affordable credit by launching innovative credit products that truly make a difference. Our rapid product launches often involve collaboration with other leading fintech and consumer/e-commerce companies to provide affordable credit at pivotal moments in the customer journey. We thrive in a dynamic and highly regulated environment where products must function seamlessly from day one—not only from a technical standpoint but also in terms of operational efficiency for our customers.
As a Product Associate, you will be integral to ensuring that our products are fully operational and ready for launch at scale. While collaborating closely with Product Managers on product discovery and delivery, your key impact will stem from supporting Operations teams, guaranteeing that customer support, collections, and complaints teams can effectively assist customers from the outset.
This role is tailored for top-tier STEM or Economics graduates who aspire to deepen their understanding of real-world product functionality, embrace early responsibility, and advance towards a Product Manager position in a rapidly growing, industry-leading fintech.
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch Readiness & Operational Support
Collaborate closely with Operations teams (customer support, collections, complaints) to ensure that new products, features, or customer journeys receive comprehensive support at launch.
