About the Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Product Analyst to elevate our understanding and development of our platform. In a landscape where AI is transforming every sector, your insights will be crucial in ensuring WRITERās products not only satisfy but anticipate the dynamic needs of our enterprise clients. This role presents an exciting chance to analyze user behavior, feature performance, and product-market fit, directly influencing our strategic direction and growth during this remarkable era of innovation.
This position offers a hybrid work model across our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, and Austin. You will report to the Director of Analytics.
ā Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analyses on user adoption, engagement trends, and feature utilization across our AI platform to drive product understanding.
Influence product strategy through the design, analysis, and interpretation of A/B tests, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our roadmap.
Identify user journey friction points and opportunities using analytical tools like FullStory, translating findings into actionable insights for product and design teams.
Develop and implement ELT-based data models with SQL and dbt, ensuring rigorous testing and validation for data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to define success metrics and improve product offerings.
