Role Overview
We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to enhance our team in Dubai. This pivotal role bridges the gap between product development, data analysis, and business strategy, playing a vital role in fostering data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms.
As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to extract insights, refine user experiences, and catalyze measurable improvements in product performance. You will harness data to narrate compelling stories, pinpoint growth opportunities, and steer product direction within a fast-paced and impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance metrics to unveil trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor product health and effectiveness.
Define, track, and analyze critical user lifecycle metrics including activation, retention, engagement, and churn.
Design, implement, and assess A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to promote continuous product enhancement.
Conduct cohort analyses and in-depth investigations to comprehend user segments and behavioral trends.
Collaborate with Product Managers to establish success metrics, hypotheses, and data-driven product roadmaps.
Convert complex business challenges into structured analytical strategies and actionable insights.
Work alongside Engineering and Data teams to guarantee accurate data tracking, instrumentation, and data integrity.
