We are currently seeking a passionate Product Analyst to join our team at Howly!

1. Intelligent Document Automation: We eliminate routine tasks, allowing users to focus on what truly matters in their work.
2. Career Growth Platform: We empower individuals to advance their careers with resources ranging from resume building to career consulting, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.
3. AI Job Search and Automatic Resume/Cover Letter Creation: We help people find jobs faster with AI-driven job searches and one-click resume and cover letter generation, streamlining the process and enhancing the relevance of applications.
4. Technical Talent Marketplace: We connect technical professionals with those seeking their expertise in a marketplace where experts and users can swiftly find each other.
Key Responsibilities for the Product Analyst:
— Analyze user behavior and product performance;
— Generate hypotheses for product improvements using data analytics tools;
— Validate hypotheses through A/B testing;
— Develop predictive models for user behavior and key business metrics;
— Create informative dashboards for the product team and stakeholders;
— Present research findings in a clear and visually appealing format;
— Collaborate with development, marketing, and C-level teams to achieve business objectives.
What We Value:
— At least 1 year of experience in a Data/Product Analyst role;
— Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data;
— Ability to interpret numerical metrics in a business context;
— Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
