Role overview
The Product Analyst position in London sits at the intersection of data, product, and business outcomes. This role supports the product team by transforming data into insights that guide product direction and inform key decisions.
What you will do
- Analyze user behavior with analytics tools, both internal and external, to generate insights that shape the product roadmap.
- Create dashboards and presentations to highlight user adoption patterns and measure the impact of product features.
- Work closely with product managers to uncover user challenges and business opportunities through analytics and user interviews.
- Partner with software engineering teams to design database structures for new products, ensuring tracking of essential user actions.
- Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to confirm products deliver strong business results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in an analytical role with demonstrated results.
- Comfortable working with data and technical tools to address problems.
- Proactive mindset and determination to tackle challenges, including in uncertain situations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
