Qualifications

To thrive in this role, your experience, skills, and qualifications will play a crucial role. We expect you to have:A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within an IT company. Familiarity with SAP MM is a plus. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. A strong desire and capability to continuously learn new technologies and products. Fluency in English (B2 level or higher), both written and oral. Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).

Your Contributions to the Team:

Our UniQue talent comes from diverse backgrounds and industries, equipped with varied skill sets and approaches, but united by a shared passion for technology and innovation! In the role of Procurement Administrator, you will:

  • Conduct thorough market research for products to be procured.
  • Engage in corporate projects, overseeing and managing purchase orders from initiation to supplier invoicing.
  • Submit purchase orders to suppliers via all available communication channels.
  • Ensure proper management of incoming invoices according to the company’s established procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive information and reports related to ongoing projects.
  • Monitor the company's asset inventory, initiate requests, and manage the entire procurement process.
  • Participate in the submission of periodic reports to Recycling Systems.
  • Navigate key international trade terms, including Tariff codes, INCOTERMS, and Countries of origin.
