As a Process Manager at T-Systems, you will play a pivotal role in managing Configuration Items (CIs) within our standard Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Your responsibilities will include overseeing the accurate recording of CIs, maintaining data quality, and establishing process steps along with creating and updating work instructions. You will also facilitate data quality checks, identify areas for improvement, and manage ServiceNow (SNOW) ISP service requests by granting approvals and ensuring data correctness. Collaborating with various teams, you will provide consultations on Configuration Management Framework (CMF) and deliver training sessions as needed. Your participation in project audits and workshops will be essential, especially when new technologies are introduced within the Configuration Management System (CMS) infrastructure. Additionally, you will track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and devise strategies for performance enhancement. Internal KPI reporting, data exports, and validation during the transfer to ServiceNow will also fall under your purview.
