Minimum Education:Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience:With a Bachelor’s degree: No experience required. Preferred: 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficient Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities (KSA's):Ability to multitask. Strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with SAP/MES. Proficient in AutoCAD. Experience with Autodesk Inventor Software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Planning and Execution – Take the lead in preparing and implementing project improvement plans across various responsibilities, including efficiency enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, quality improvement programs, and support for new product launches. Proposals should detail the technical approach, estimated costs, resource requirements, and timelines (e.g., Gantt charts). Serve as the driving force behind projects, coordinating resources and activities to ensure timely execution while identifying and overcoming obstacles that may impede progress.

Preventive Maintenance Planning and Coordination – Oversee all preventive maintenance (PM) plans and tasks in your designated area to guarantee effective maintenance completion according to the PM schedule. Follow up on machine breakdowns and update the PM system as necessary to enhance machine reliability.

Documentation – Create comprehensive process job descriptions and manufacturing specifications as needed. Accurately document all equipment, machines, and tooling with detailed prints and maintenance instructions.

Validation – Collaborate with the Quality Engineering and validation team to generate all necessary documentation related to the BD validation toolkit and coordinate validation activities to ensure timely execution aligned with project or process improvement plans.

Manufacturing Support – Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and technical personnel during the startup of new or modified products and processes. Employ effective decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting techniques to mitigate or resolve ongoing manufacturing issues.

Capital Request / Capital Management – Develop plans for capital equipment procurement, including vendor investigations, budgeting, and scheduling. Prepare specifications, place orders, coordinate procurement, and oversee the installation and startup of new or modified equipment. Manage capital expenditures for assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget plans.

Design – Coordinate design activities with external vendors or internal teams as necessary. If resources are limited, perform design and drafting duties as required. Redesign or oversee the redesign of existing equipment to enhance safety, reliability, product quality, and cost efficiency.
