As a leading provider of exclusive high-level summits, we specialize in connecting sophisticated private wealth investors with exceptional opportunities in the private markets. Our events are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the private wealth management community, emphasizing single family offices, multi-family offices, and fee-only Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
We are in search of a Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in attracting high-level investment professionals to serve as speakers at our exclusive, invite-only private wealth management summits across North America. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing participation from Heads of Investments and other senior decision-makers within Limited Partnerships. Your contributions will significantly enhance the quality, prestige, and success of our events. You will report directly to the Director of Content Management based in our Barbados office.
This position is located in our London office and requires onsite presence. Working hours are 12pm - 8pm (UK time).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and establish relationships with influential investment leaders in the Private Wealth sector.
Articulate the value proposition of attending our alternative investment-focused events effectively.
Perform in-depth desk and telephone research.
Draft an investment-focused conference program.
Proactively secure attendance from targeted speakers through outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Maintain a robust pipeline through effective CRM (HubSpot) utilization and diligent follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and audience development strategies.
Consistently achieve and surpass speaker participation and revenue targets.
Travel to North America to attend leading Private Wealth summits up to four times a year.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
