Your Responsibilities:
For Private Banking Associate:
- Assist Private Bankers in daily client activities.
- Manage account openings and conduct KYC and EDD checks.
- Prepare lending and investment documentation.
- Oversee payments, exceedances, and portfolio credit control.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with regulatory standards.
For Private Banking Executive:
- Support a Private Banker in various tasks.
- Prepare credit applications for new lending propositions with limited oversight.
- Manage credit control and lending documentation.
- Facilitate client meetings under supervision.
- Address account opening and switching inquiries.
- Identify and refer investment opportunities to our Investment Wealth Advisory team.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues.
What We Seek:
- Proven experience in a client-facing banking role, with a focus on the appropriate level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
- A genuine passion for financial markets and nurturing client relationships.
