Role Purpose
As the driving force behind Jumio's global privacy initiatives, the Privacy Program Manager is tasked with converting privacy regulations and AI governance into tangible project frameworks, processes, and quantifiable results. This hands-on role will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Privacy, interfacing with Product, Engineering, Support, and various other departments to effectively integrate privacy standards into everyday operations. It is important to note that this position focuses on operational program management rather than providing legal advice.

Example Responsibilities
- Oversee the privacy program's project portfolio, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for documenting processes, tracking project status, and generating dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Develop and report on key privacy program metrics and KPIs.
- Manage Jumio's Data Subject Request (DSR) process, collaborating with internal teams for prompt and precise responses.
- Ensure that privacy policies and procedures are maintained and that the organization is informed and aligned with necessary practices.
- Support the upkeep of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and associated documentation.
- Lead project management efforts for AI governance operational requirements, ensuring compliance with EU AI regulations.
