Responsibilities
Lead outbound sourcing initiatives for technical positions, primarily targeting software engineers.
Discover high-potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and relevant communities.
Craft personalized and engaging outreach messages that resonate and elicit responses.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define what constitutes an ideal candidate.
Experiment with diverse sourcing strategies, messaging techniques, and communication channels.
Monitor and enhance recruitment metrics, including reply rates, candidate pass-through rates, and time to first conversation.
Establish long-term relationships with potential candidates, even when immediate hiring is not available.

You possess 1-4+ years of experience in technical sourcing (experience within startups is advantageous).
