Technical ExpertiseProficient hands-on experience with Amazon Connect. Extensive knowledge of AWS services including AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, S3, Amazon DynamoDB, and CloudFormation/CDK. Proven experience in developing integrations within Amazon Connect. Familiarity with contact center platforms such as Genesys Cloud CX, Avaya, Cisco, or Five9.Capability to create architecture diagrams using Lucidchart, draw.io, or AWS Architecture icons. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK). Knowledge of AI/ML services such as Lex, Bedrock, Transcribe, and Comprehend. CompetenciesStrong technical writing abilities for SOWs, RFP responses, and proposals. Proficient customer-facing presentation and demonstration skills. Capacity to influence solution strategy and collaborate across teams. Analytical and solution design mindset.

Position Overview
The Principal Solution Architect for the AWS Contact Center Practice will play a pivotal role in pre-sales activities, solution design, and market strategy within TTEC Digital’s AWS division. This position is focused on architecting scalable AWS contact center solutions, developing customer demonstrations, crafting reusable technical assets, and equipping delivery teams with best practices and accelerators.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development & Pre-Sales Support
Design and develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for client proposals and RFP responses.
Create comprehensive effort estimates and Scopes of Work (SOWs).
Transform business needs into actionable technical delivery plans.
Assist in RFP/RFI responses with solution narratives and technical estimations.
Work closely with Solutions Architects to refine and authenticate designs.
Demonstration & Proof-of-Concept Development
Construct customer-facing demonstrations and POCs that showcase AWS contact center capabilities.
Establish reusable demo environments and technical accelerators.
Develop reference architectures and implementation patterns for prevalent use cases.
Enablement & Documentation
Generate technical documentation, solution guides, and best-practice resources.
Create marketing collateral including solution briefs and white papers.
Maintain an updated internal knowledge base on AWS contact center integrations and patterns.
