Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in propulsion engineering, with a focus on engine systems and testing. Proven experience in the design, development, and qualification of rocket propulsion systems. Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and structural mechanics. Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools relevant to propulsion design. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
