Role overview

This Principal Partner Manager, Global System Integrators role is a key individual contributor position based in London. The focus is on driving meaningful results rather than tracking activity for its own sake. Synthesia values merit and rewards strong performance with greater responsibility. Success in this role is measured by partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, not by traditional activity metrics.

Mission and objectives

The main goal is to establish Synthesia Skills as the go-to content and enablement layer in major Sales Transformation projects worldwide. This includes leading and managing Synthesia’s Global System Integrator (GSI) efforts with firms like Deloitte, Accenture, and Capgemini. The aim is to ensure that Synthesia Skills is integrated, recommended, and implemented in transformation programs these firms deliver.

Building a scalable GSI initiative is central to the role. The initial focus is on Sales Transformation practices, with plans to expand into other transformation areas. The objective is to generate strategic enterprise pipeline through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.

  • Integrating with new methodologies and compelling events
  • Gaining executive board access and engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Reducing competition by embedding within consulting engagements
  • Defining success metrics as part of each engagement

This role plays a significant part in shaping the go-to-market strategy for Synthesia Skills.
