Your Role

In your new position as Principal Mechanical Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, managing your own project initiatives while executing conceptual and detailed designs that meet rigorous standards. Your commitment to delivering outstanding client service will be paramount.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Critical Systems projects as a representative of Ramboll, overseeing your discipline and managing engineers from complementary disciplines.
  • Demonstrate initiative and independence in all technical aspects of your discipline, leveraging specific specialist experience relevant to the role.
  • Execute conceptual and detailed designs while overseeing the work of others in this domain.
  • Inspire confidence both internally and externally to enhance and nurture client relationships.
  • Effectively manage project timelines to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure all deadlines are met while allocating resources appropriately.
  • Possess a keen interest in or experience with digital and parametric design tools.
  • Create and innovate complex technical solutions tailored to project needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Develop low-energy, low-carbon solutions to achieve net or nearly net-zero targets.
  • Spatially and technically coordinate MEP solutions.
