We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer with a robust background in mechanical design and tooling for aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will possess: - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and tooling, with a focus on manufacturing processes. - Proven expertise in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques relevant to aerospace engineering. - Experience with factory automation and process optimization. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts.
