YOUR MISSION

The Integrated Test Operations Lead will oversee the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of integrated vehicle testing across both ground and flight environments. This position acts as the key driver for all test activities, transforming program objectives into actionable test plans and ensuring that test conduct is disciplined, safe, and efficient.

Reporting to the Ground Test Director, you will spearhead daily test readiness, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and guarantee that all systems, teams, and environments are primed for successful test execution. This role encompasses the translation of program-level test objectives into comprehensive, actionable plans for ground and flight tests, including detailed configurations, success criteria, instrumentation strategies, and data collection requirements. You will lead integrated test readiness efforts, ensuring all technical, operational, and safety components are fully prepared, with all pre-test actions completed prior to execution.

During test operations, you will function as the primary execution lead, directing real-time test activities while strictly adhering to procedures, safety protocols, and mission objectives. You will coordinate inputs from engineering, safety, and operations teams, manage the execution tempo, and ensure synchronization and control among all systems and personnel.
