The Role:
We are in search of a highly inquisitive and knowledgeable Principal Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in crafting innovative solution architectures for our clients. This pivotal role combines exceptional technical expertise with an engaging executive presence, enabling you to effectively communicate with C-level executives and convert their strategic visions into actionable technical strategies. Collaborating with technical teams, you will design cutting-edge architectures that facilitate enterprise modernization, employing techniques such as capability mapping and pioneering solutions utilizing Agentic AI.
Your primary objective will be to bolster our expanding sales team in meeting revenue targets by resolving technical challenges and collaborating closely with our Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security teams. You will play a crucial role in engaging both new prospects and existing customers looking to broaden their adoption of our solutions. Success will be measured through customer acquisition rates, retention, up-selling, and your contributions to the overall performance of the sales team and business growth.
The work you’ll do:
- Lead and define the overarching architecture, data, and cloud strategy for our top-tier client accounts, utilizing expertise in enterprise modernization and capability mapping.
- Engage confidently and present to customer C-level executives, aligning their strategic goals with the technical vision of Celonis.
- Foster innovation by architecting solutions that harness emerging technologies, including Agentic AI.
- Act as the liaison between our product & engineering teams and client teams to deliver optimal technical solutions.
- Evaluate the IT landscape maturity of our customer base in the region.
- Participate in both pre-sales and post-sales phases by collaborating with customer architecture and security teams.
- Mentor and guide Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues including architecture.
