Qualifications
Extensive experience in ServiceNow project management, specifically in ITAM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and customized workflows. Demonstrated success in delivering projects under fixed-price contracts, ensuring strict financial and operational control. Proficient in managing security compliance within IT projects. Familiarity with waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 14 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of completing 2–3 end-to-end ITSM implementations in ServiceNow. PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred. Experience in US public sector or government projects is advantageous.
