Ideal candidates will possess a research mindset, communicate with the clarity of an industry expert, and have the credibility to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level discussions.Your Responsibilities Include:Acting as the primary technical advisor to strategic partners and customers across Zyphra’s full AI model portfolio, which includes language, vision, audio, brain-computer interfaces, and agentic systems from the initial discovery phase through deployment and expansion.Crafting and delivering engaging technical narratives, demonstrations, and evaluation frameworks that highlight the distinctions of each Zyphra model to diverse audiences, including research teams, engineers, executives, and business decision-makers.Leading technical discovery discussions with partners and customers to thoroughly understand their needs, use cases, and integration prerequisites, and converting those insights into actionable plans.Spearheading the development of strategic partnerships and customer conversion, managing the technical relationship throughout the entire commercial lifecycle.Aggregating partner and customer insights into emerging use cases, identifying unmet needs, deployment trends, and competitive signals, and delivering constructive feedback that directly impacts Zyphra’s research and product focus.Creating and maintaining a repository of reusable technical resources, including model evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning guides, deployment architectures, API integration playbooks, and use-case demonstrations to expedite the adoption of Zyphra’s models by partners and customers.Representing Zyphra at industry conferences, technical workshops, academic forums, and partner events to enhance our credibility and thought leadership in the AI sector.
