About the job
Purpose: The Primary Therapist will deliver ongoing mental health treatment utilizing evidence-based and person-centered practices to support clients in achieving their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, education, and skills training to clients.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation is completed in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as agency policies.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including screenings for appropriate levels of care.
- Engage in collateral consultation and complex care coordination, documenting to connect clients with necessary services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in regular supervision sessions.
- Attend required professional development activities and necessary trainings to enhance skills.
- Licensed therapists may offer clinical supervision to MHC or LMSW therapists and student interns as required.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, being mindful of the importance of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct.
- Maintain necessary certifications and licenses to practice.
