Strong quantitative abilities, with proficiency in pricing models, statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Commercially focused and detail-oriented, capable of linking pricing strategies to profit and loss outcomes. Proven collaborative stakeholder manager with the ability to foster alignment across Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

The Role

As the Pricing Manager, you will take ownership of crafting and overseeing the company’s pricing strategy for both consumer and B2B product lines. You will collaborate closely with the CMO, CFO, and Product team to develop analytical frameworks, competitive intelligence, and commercial models that inform pricing decisions, while also leading the execution of pricing adjustments across various channels.

What You'll Do

  • Design and sustain the pricing strategy for consumer and SME product lines, including new product launches, promotional pricing, and customer retention initiatives.

  • Create pricing models that link customer lifetime value, acquisition economics, and revenue mix to pricing strategies.

  • Perform regular competitive benchmarking and price sensitivity analysis to ensure that the company’s pricing remains optimized for the market.

  • Oversee the pricing approval processes, working hand-in-hand with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to assess and implement changes effectively.

  • Monitor the revenue and margin impacts of pricing strategies and report insights to senior leadership.
