Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Alabama offices to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Foster a workplace culture that aligns with IMA's core values.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to attract and mentor top Producers in the Alabama market.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels for service teams, focusing on talent recruitment and retention.
- Oversee the development and tracking of a budget and financial plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, participating in meetings as necessary.
- Act as a liaison with external organizations, trade associations, and industry groups.
- Work closely with local and corporate leadership to reach office and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to safeguard IMA’s interests.
- Provide mentorship to associates as needed.
- Embodies and promotes the IMA culture, motivating others through actions.
- Engage team members by understanding their personal interests and experiences.
- Encourage associates to appreciate the value of being part of IMA.
