Qualifications:Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or IT-related field, with at least 10 years of experience in IT Presales or Solutioning, particularly in Data Centre and Campus Networking, as well as network security solutions within the ICT Industry. Proficient in technologies such as wired and wireless networks, SD-WAN, firewalls, IPS/IDS, SASE, NAC, and NDR. Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies like EDR/MDR and SIEM/SOAR is a significant advantage. Strong technical acumen in Aruba, Palo Alto, Huawei, and Cisco networking solutions and architecture. Required technical certifications include ACP, ACE, HCIP, HCIE, or equivalent. Candidates with CCIE, HCIE, or ACE will be preferred.

Join Cygnify as a Presales Technical Consultant specializing in Networking and Network Security solutions. We are looking for a skilled professional to drive innovative technological solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

  • Collaborate with AIS Sales Specialists and the Account team to cultivate a robust pipeline through a consultative selling strategy, generating new business opportunities within our regional accounts while supporting client acquisition initiatives.

  • Align customer requirements with our portfolio of offerings, articulating solutions and defining the scope of work necessary to exceed expectations.

  • Provide in-depth Technical Consulting support to the Solution Sales team for leading networking brands including Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Huawei.

  • Collect and analyze detailed networking requirements to design secure, scalable, and highly available solutions tailored for our clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, managing technology selection, bill of materials development, proposal writing, and conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate technical feasibility.

  • Demonstrate how our solutions can positively impact our clients' business objectives.

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to review overall solutions, ensuring all deliverable aspects are considered.

  • Support the Sales Team with insights on pricing considerations and contribute to the development of technical proposals.

  • Architect tailored technical solutions in response to specific customer needs.

  • Participate in Bid Management and Review processes, representing technical interests effectively.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes to enhance our offerings.

  • Conduct enablement sessions and client briefings on relevant solutions for both clients and internal teams.
