What You'll Do:Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets while educating them on our platform. Develop strong relationships with our Premier Customers, gaining a deep understanding of their unique environments. Reproduce issues and explore the extensive range of 600+ integrations available with Datadog. Create and enhance documentation and knowledge base articles across a variety of technologies. Facilitate product discussions based on insights gathered from client interactions. Participate in regular health check meetings with Premier Customers. Work from a Datadog office 3-5 days a week. Who You Are:Possess 2+ years of experience in multi-channel technical support within a SaaS environment. Have a penchant for tinkering, with some programming experience and a foundational knowledge of Linux. Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously. Exhibit critical thinking skills with a client-focused approach. Demonstrate sound decision-making abilities while knowing when to escalate issues. Come from a background in Premium or Enterprise technical support. Have familiarity with current infrastructure and monitoring solutions. Willing to work on a rotating schedule that includes weekend availability.
