Key Responsibilities:Proactively stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices. Assist Business Development Managers in customer interactions, emphasizing our technical solutions and services while understanding the customers' environments and managing expectations. Support strategic account planning from a technology perspective alongside Business Development Managers. Facilitate the sales process by effectively leveraging Help AG’s defined solutions and managing customer expectations for successful sales outcomes. Engage with vendor presales teams and Help AG’s internal technology leaders as necessary, serving as the technical interface with customers. Generate high-quality technical content for proposals, including necessary drawings, project plans, technical compliance documentation, and other standard RFP requirements. Define the scope of work (SOW) for proposed solutions accurately. Coordinate technical involvement from third-party entities for the presales and proposal processes. Manage, execute, and monitor POCs with clients, including defining scope, success criteria, technical requirements, timelines, and presenting results. Collaborate closely with internal team leaders and technical leads to ensure successful POC delivery. Close sales opportunities from a technical perspective.

You will play a vital role during and after implementation, focusing on customer success from both a technology architecture and solution perspective. This position requires close collaboration with our implementation teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Your contributions will be crucial to Help AG’s market success, emphasizing a strong sales orientation to drive business growth.
