Bally’s Intralot is seeking a motivated Pre Sales and Bidding Specialist to join our dynamic Presales and Bidding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and compliant bid responses that effectively communicate our company's unique value proposition. Your ability to distill complex technical and business information into cohesive, persuasive proposals will be instrumental in aligning with customer needs and evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the bid preparation process for designated accounts, ensuring responses are well-organized, precise, and meet customer specifications.
Craft persuasive content for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring adherence to customer requirements while showcasing the company’s strengths to secure winning bids.
Collaborate with bid managers to coordinate inputs from various functions, including sales/account management, marketing, product management, finance, legal, technical teams, subcontractors, and other third parties.
Enhance and maintain the proposal content library by rewriting and editing existing proposal responses, as well as developing new content to address emerging customer needs.
Build and maintain expertise in relevant industry domains such as gaming platforms, player account management, infrastructure and telecoms, implementation services, and operational services.
