As a Practice Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:Account Management: Facilitate the onboarding process for GP practices, ensuring the seamless setup and configuration of the Abtrace platform. Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients as their primary point of contact. Training & Support: Conduct effective user training sessions tailored to various roles within a practice. Leverage your recall search experience to guide users in executing these searches within the Abtrace software. Provide ongoing assistance, promptly addressing issues and coordinating with the wider team for quick resolutions. Proactive Engagement: Analyze client usage data to uncover opportunities for enhancement and maximize platform adoption. Take proactive measures to ensure practices extract maximum value from the software.

Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable GP Practice Manager to join our dynamic team as a Practice Support Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients achieve optimal results with our software solutions.
