Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in power converter development. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, a strong understanding of analog control and discrete logic design, and significant experience in modeling, simulating, and testing power electronics. Familiarity with voltage and current mode control techniques will be advantageous.
