Estimating:- Proficiently read and comprehend specifications and various trade drawings to fully understand project electrical requirements.- Utilize Construction Systems and software tools like Accu-bid, Enterprise, and Live Count Plan Viewer to develop detailed itemized project costs.- Estimate necessary equipment, human resources, and materials for each project.- Create quantitative counts to develop a Bill of Materials for submission to suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.- Navigate clients' plan room websites to download updated bid documents as needed.- Complete estimating tasks effectively within tight deadlines to accommodate client timelines.- Mark-up drawings and documents using Bluebeam Revu 2016 to provide detailed notes for the Architect/Engineer Team and inform Project Managers of your take-off intent.- Assist in defining the electrical scope for contracts.
