Position Overview
The Customer Product Operations team serves as the heartbeat of DOSS, ensuring our clients' success. This pivotal role exists at the crossroad of product development, data analytics, operational execution, implementation, and client collaboration. Our team oversees the entire post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle:
Discovery: Collaborating with cross-functional client leadership to evaluate their operational and financial workflows (the flow of goods, information, and funds) and requirements.
Product Design: Developing data models, workflows, and integrations.
Build/Configure on the DOSS ERP platform.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-live support.
The Customer Product Operations Associate will assist in our expansion into upper mid-market and enterprise clients, taking on diverse responsibilities:
Facilitate the end-to-end ERP lifecycle process and ensure success for 1-2 of our largest clients.
Develop new product capabilities and solutions within the DOSS ERP platform.
Contribute to the establishment of best practices and process enhancements across our team.
While prior ERP or industry experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Our current team comprises individuals with diverse business and technical backgrounds. What we cherish most are:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle from discovery to implementation and go-live, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from DOSS.
Conduct comprehensive cross-functional analyses within the customer organization to map business processes.
