Your Responsibilities:

  • Work from our Hickory, Kentucky location, supporting plumbing clients across the country.
  • Manage and develop a B2B plumbing client portfolio, including dealers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Drive new business development in the plumbing and water heater sectors.
  • Promote and sell both tanked and tankless water heater products to qualified partners.
  • Provide system sizing support, product guidance, and application recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • Document sales activities and account details using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
