As a PLC Software Engineer specializing in Semiconductor Equipment Control Software at Sioux, you will oversee the complete software engineering process, from software requirements engineering and design to implementation, testing, program analysis, and maintenance. This role offers a clear path for advancement into lead software or system architect positions, aligned with the significance and independence of your contributions to the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to implement PLC logic, such as motor control.

  • Analyzing customer requirements during the software requirement engineering phase.

  • Designing, implementing, and testing the control software.

  • Conducting peer reviews to guarantee product quality.

  • Being an integral part of a Scrum team, managing user stories across the full stack.

  • Developing functionalities using Agile practices, focusing on speed and quality.
