Desired Experience: 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships, demonstrating a strong track record in managing external relationships that encompass both technical and commercial aspects. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities; experience with SQL or similar querying tools (proficiency is a significant advantage). In-depth understanding of programmatic infrastructure, including SSPs, Prebid, auction mechanics, and familiarity with oRTB bid request/response formats. Articulate communicator proficient in cross-functional collaboration across technical, business, and partner-facing teams. Self-motivated individual comfortable operating within a remote framework and collaborating with distributed teams.

Role Overview

The Platform Specialist will work at the intersection of technical operations, partner management, and data analysis. This role supports platform stability, partner integrations, and compliance efforts within RTB House’s AdTech ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, and analyze data to identify trends or anomalies. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain platform performance, using tools like SQL for data analysis.
  • Communicate with SSP partners, respond to operational questions, and prepare insights for partner reviews. Keep documentation up to date and support smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.
  • Assist with evaluating and onboarding new partners by reviewing inventory quality, checking for duplication, and keeping accurate records of supply configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure partners comply with privacy regulations and brand safety standards. Monitor restricted verticals and help enforce policies in coordination with legal and policy teams.
  • Support invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigate billing discrepancies through data analysis and cross-team collaboration.
