About The Role
We seek a talented Platform Operations Engineer to spearhead impactful, technical projects that will enhance our operational scalability amid rapid growth. This role will serve as a vital link between business strategy and technology, collaborating across multiple departments including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data. You will play a key role in managing high-visibility systems for customer interaction and business operations, optimizing our existing technology stack, evaluating and acquiring new platforms, and crafting tailored solutions when off-the-shelf offerings fall short.
The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of business/operations experience, technical expertise in systems architecture and development, a solid understanding of SaaS processes, and a genuine enthusiasm for building systems that foster proactive, scalable, and data-driven business and customer management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional technical projects, optimize and enhance our current tech stack, collaborating with third-party software vendors, and developing proprietary business solutions as necessary.
