About the Team: The Weaver team is responsible for building and managing the Central Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) system utilized by all product teams on the Smarsh platform. This team provides essential products that enable our engineering teams to effectively manage customer identities, authentication, and access across websites, mobile applications, and APIs.

We are on the lookout for a diligent, problem-solving, and inquisitive Platform Engineer who enjoys coding to join our Fabric Weaver group. Smarsh's Fabric teams integrate software and systems engineering to create and maintain products that equip our engineering teams with the secure tools and infrastructure needed to excel. In this role, you will significantly influence the future of our platform by developing tools and offering hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize our services in a compliant and cost-efficient manner within the cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong programming background in a cloud environment, a solid grasp of cloud automation, User Access Management, observability, and security best practices, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
