Role Overview:
As a Pipe Welder, you will play a pivotal role within our field team, engaging in a variety of challenging and fulfilling projects. Your responsibilities will include performing high-quality pipe welding along with other mechanical trade tasks essential to the successful completion of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly weld carbon steel pipe and TIG weld stainless steel pipe according to industry standards.
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings to determine accurate pipe placement and connections.
- Execute pipe fitting, thread pipe installation, Victaulic grooving, plumbing, or ductwork as required.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and coordinate tasks for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain rigorous quality control while adhering to all safety and building code requirements.
- Travel to various job sites across the Carolinas and occasionally to Florida as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Certified pipe welder or capability to obtain pipe weld certification.
- Proficiency in carbon steel pipe welding and TIG welding of stainless steel.
- Ability to read and comprehend construction documents effectively.
- Experience in multiple trades including pipe fitting, threaded pipe, Victaulic grooving, plumbing, or ductwork.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in diverse job settings.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
