Integrity Rehab Group, partnering with Tucson Orthopaedic, is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician for its Tucson, AZ clinic. This unlicensed position works closely with licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists, helping deliver patient care and keeping daily clinic operations on track. All responsibilities follow state therapy practice acts and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas and set up therapy equipment before sessions.
- Assist patients with prescribed exercises and record their responses for therapists.
- Apply basic treatments, such as ice packs or heat pads, under therapist direction.
- Maintain clean, sanitized therapy spaces and equipment, and manage linens.
- Support front desk activities, including patient intake, answering phones, and scheduling.
- Help with other tasks as needed to support smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and willing to learn new software.
