Role Overview: Performance Advisor (Atlanta)

The Performance Advisor works within the CIH Inventory & Leads Program, which connects high-intent consumer traffic to real estate transactions. This program partners with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage to provide agents with a steady pipeline of leads, including pre-qualified buyers and web inquiries.

This role focuses on helping agents convert leads into closed transactions. Performance Advisors use data, coaching, and accountability to improve agent results. Collaboration with agents and field leadership is central, with a focus on agent engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion. The position sits at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents follow best practices and program standards.

Primary Objective

Increase conversion rates and revenue by improving agent behaviors, supporting tool adoption, and executing strategies across the consumer journey.

What You Will Do

  • Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability
    • Work directly with agents to strengthen performance throughout the conversion funnel.
    • Provide actionable coaching based on real performance data.
    • Promote consistent use of performance frameworks.
    • Hold agents accountable to program standards through lead allocation and disengagement frameworks.
  • Performance Management & Optimization
    • Monitor agent performance against key metrics.
    • Identify gaps and design targeted improvement plans.
    • Track progress and adapt coaching as needed.
    • Partner with Sales Managers to address ongoing underperformance.
  • Product & Workflow Adoption
    • Encourage use of Compass and partner tools that drive conversion.
    • Ensure agents use tools to deliver a high-quality client experience.
    • Connect tool adoption to measurable performance outcomes.
  • Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics
    • Collect and analyze market data to inform strategies and recommendations.
