Role Summary
We are searching for a People Systems Analyst to enhance our Glue / Information Technology team. As a Workday expert focusing on Time Off & Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll configuration, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of these Workday modules. Your efforts will support Harvey's swift global expansion, developing country-specific plans and payroll integrations. This position is critical in ensuring our people systems scale effectively as we enter new markets, integrate with third-party payroll providers, and deliver accurate, compliant, and user-friendly experiences for our employees and managers around the globe.
The ideal candidate is a proactive Workday configurator with extensive knowledge in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, thriving in a high-growth atmosphere and adept at balancing tactical system tasks with strategic planning.
